Spaccio RAR

Based in Rio Grande do Sul, RAR is known for its tradition in manufacturing gourmet items such as wines, sparkling wines, olive oils and cheeses, among others. The brand also features Spaccio RAR, which sells its own gastronomic products and those of other brands. The challenge was then set to create a new concept for the architecture of the Spaccio RAR store, with a view to expanding the business model through franchising.

The space was designed to offer customers a bistro, café, restaurant and gourmet emporium experience with a contemporary style. The store also has a storytelling panel that shares curiosities and stories about the company.

Spaccio RAR is therefore a store concept that combines gastronomy, exclusive experiences and cultural elements in a space where customers can taste, buy products and enjoy special moments. Its success is evidenced by its expansion to several cities, including Porto Alegre, Florianópolis, São José dos Campos and Curitiba, among others.
